Same-day delivery is available within Hyderabad, subject to product and delivery-partner availability. Additional delivery charges may apply.

We offer free shipping across India on orders above ₹5,000. Shipping charges apply to orders below ₹5,000.
Pre-order, made-to-order, and customised jewellery may require additional processing time. The estimated timeline will be shared before confirming the order.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate address and contact number. Any re-delivery charges caused by incorrect details, an unavailable recipient, or a refused delivery must be paid by the customer.
A clear, continuous parcel-opening video is mandatory for reporting damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
International shipping is available to selected locations. Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable fees must be paid by the customer.
